The Mekong Connect 2023 Forum took place in the afternoon on November 15, coordinated by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. The Vietnam Association of High-Quality Goods, Ho Chi Minh City, and a few other organizations have recently opened. "Connecting supply chains and value chains between economic regions of Ho Chi Minh City" is the topic for Ho Chi Minh City. The Mekong Delta and Ho Chi Minh City: Towards a Sustainable and Green Economy.

Mekong Connect 2023 was held on November 15 and 16, with delegates from ministries, specialists, and top businesses taking part in reports and presentations at a series of seminars focused on sustainable development and green growth. In this way, local and state management organizations support companies in spreading the "green" message to customers and the general public, all the while advancing sustainable development on a regional integration platform.

Additionally, there is an exhibition area for Vietnam's green and sustainable economy on the fringes of the Mekong Connect 2023 forum. Nearly 100 startups and agricultural enterprises are present, showcasing a range of regional specialties and deep-processed agricultural products. The book "Green Entrepreneurship: A 10-year journey to create a generation of Vietnamese agribusinesses from indigenous resources" was also introduced at this event by the Forum Organizing Committee.
